Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management tool, which will grant you total control over your mail accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this intuitive user interface, you can set up a new email box in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Also, you can forward emails from one email mailbox account to another, activate e-mail filters, create auto-response messages and secure your e-mailboxes against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your e-mailbox accounts against junk mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for emails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain e-mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming mails based on specific criteria set by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly set up a mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and choose the filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mails from one mail account to another, or even to several other e-mailbox accounts. Just select the email box account you wish to redirect email messages from, then specify the target email mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily configure the mail client of your preference to access your e-mail accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you want to set up on your personal computer or handheld device and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email box account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple email box accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to easily create an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
